Incompetent people. Drove 4 hours to get here and they couldn't have called to tell me they were closed due to covid. They don't care that you took 2 days off work to be there. They even sent a reminder of the appointment knowing they were closed. Unbelievable.

The call center needs a lot of work, I've been calling for days to find out whether my passport is ready for pick up or not and no one answers, I tried emailing as well and it doesn't work. Who can help with information??

It is a really convenient place for all guatemalans that are around the Carolinas. We will probably update years and years for a better service. Thank you very much for all your support.
