In my humble opinion. This location is absolutely atrocious. A nightmare to get in and out of due to capital boulevard traffic. Everytime I order specific donuts, they always give me the opposite of what I asked for. Very rarely have I had a correct order right from the start at this location.
The worst Dunkin’ Donuts with horrible customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN! Older women that works there is rude and the manager will not help you. There is a better Dunkin on capital blvd down by Perry creek with better customer service and way better coffee.
I did a mobile order, paid through Google pay, gave them my order number, and the lady started yelling at me that I had not paid. She kept calling me baby and getting irate...I was really thrown off. I was desperately trying to pull up my receipt to show her I had paid when her manager came up and rescued me.
Fast service, and very kind. They actually made my drink correctly!
Visit this location often (since 2005). Our visit today was the BEST service we have had in months! Staff was It's very professional and fast. Do miss your staff member Melissa & her smile.
