The ice cream is okay. Staff can definitely be rude and I feel like over the years this location has gone downhill. It actually used to be good back in the day and the store much cleaner but not anymore. I’ll stick to Fresh local ice cream. Their ice cream and customer service never disappoints.

For starters the employees were not wearing a hair net, nor gloves. There was a tall stalky guy working with a bandana covering his face and kept touching it. Then i witnessed a worker put her entire mask over her eyes and everythingnNot santitary at all!! ud83dudeabnnI don't know who is in charge of this area of Cold Stone Creamery, but you guys need improvement, starting with cleanliness of store down to how to properly train employees to wear hair nets and to keep their hands OFF the mask and clothes while working.nI walked out i didnt buy anything.. Such a disapointment.

I took my girlfriend on Sunday to get some ice cream. We sat outside at a table and half way through her eating the ice cream she found a hair in it. She was immediately disgusted and threw it away. We’re never going back. Plus somebody farted in line and had to place smelling like old doo doo . I think the lady in the back popped her self.

this place is horrible, employees serve amount of ice cream they want not even full scoops. One of the ladies fixing some else’s ice cream was touching her head/ hair while she was charging me for my order. I asked if waffle cones where served by scoop, she replied no, by weight, I said I got 2 diff flavors not even a full scoop. Service is horrible!nnMiddle of COVID and and they don’t wear gloves!!nPerson fixing ice cream also charges people for their ice cream!!nnI wish the owner sees my review!!!

Came Saturday night at 9:10 to be exact and was closed even though store closing hours at the door said was at 10 and in website said 11!!!!!!!!! Very DISAPPOINTING there were 3 workers inside cashier just glanced at us but didn’t even bother to let us know they were closed instead rolled her eyes. Wasted gas and time won’t come back should’ve read the 1 star reviews before going! Please read first don’t waste your time and money in this place.
