Took my husband on an anniversary trip to Charlotte & had already pretty much planned the whole trip out to a T. However on the day of our couple massages at the original location of Eden Therapy & Massage, they cancelled on us do to weather ud83eudd26ud83cudffe‍♀ufe0f. I called several places trying to figure out who could take us, even for separate massages if not couple. I called this place & they were very willing. My appointment was with James & he was absolutely lovely. He was professional but funny all at the same time, which made for a pleasant experience. I would recommend him to anyone ud83dude0a. My husband also was very pleased with his masseuse & actually wanted to go back the next day! Lol. Front desk staff was also polite & got a good laugh out of my husband while we were there! & then we discussed Hobby Lobby & the cup I had purchased from the shop! I would love to go back one day, when we take that 4 hour drive again! ❤ufe0f Overall a great experience! They saved the day ❤ufe0f

Find yourself another location or go to massage envy! I’ve been to hand and stone in NY and had a wonderful massage and great experience. ..nI booked my first appointment in Matthews in February and my massage therapist was 15 minutes late. The massage was fine but nothing spectacular, but I ended up doing the membership anyways since it’s a 4 min walk from my apartment and I received a gift card for signing up. I have a baby and can only get massages on weekend when my spouse is home. Booked my second appointment (it’s now April) 2 weeks ahead of time and 2 hours before my appointment after I had my mom in town to watch my son , my appointment was CANCELED. The next appointment available 2 weeks from then. So now I’m waiting 4 weeks to get a message and a month behind on my membership. I was not accommodated at all for either inconvenience and I won’t be returning

I had my first massage with Tabitha, and she was great! She was very communicative & professional. My lower back was in much pain before I came there and she helped that area so much. The staff was great and also professional. I will definitely be going back to get a massage and try out a facial as well!

The spa has a resort feel with a neighborhood cost. Their lifestyle program is such a great offer. I can take care of my health every month and know I am not breaking the bank. Their front desk staff is amazing and friendly and the therapists are very professional.

I had an excellent at experience with the team at Hand and Stone! It was my first massage ever, and they walked me through how the process works and helped me decide what services would be best for me without trying to upsell me. Very good communication with both the administrative staff and the massage therapist, who made sure that the pressure was Goldilocks for me. Extremely relaxing and restorative, I'll definitely be going back again!
