Citywide crew was awesome. I talked with two office people on separate days and they were both super nice. Then the two guys that moved our piano were awesome. My only regret was I did not use them for the whole move. I had moved everything but the piano and just could not handle it. If I ever move again (and I hope I don't) then Citywide gets the job. They are Professionals.
Corey, Jermaine, and Kendrick were great! On time and assisted in moving a piano up a flight of stairs with ease. Follow-up call from the office was nice as well after the service and Rhonda very helpful on the front end.
The team I had from Citywide did a great job, especially on such short notice. I probably had much more to move than they expected, yet they kept a helpful positive attitude throughout and successfully delivered my home contents without issue. They kept me laughing too. Great 3 man crew I had.
Reliable, punctual and fast. Joe and Bruce came to help us move our piano and they were simply awesome!
CityWide Movers were able to provide white glove service for a concert grand piano which had to be moved down two flights of stairs, then across Charlotte to Weddington. They visited the site ahead of the moving day to take measurements and plan the move. On the day of the move they were at the site early in the morning and were finished by noon.nI would recommend CityWide for any move but especially if you have precious things needing a little extra care. Cannot say enough good things about this experience.
