i really love this place so much i would never ask for a better store than this!! I love Rick and Jose. They are like my uncles and i help out Saturday with them. i would never ask for a better neat place. They are friendly kind sweet loving caring AWESOME! I stopped by Then & Now to look around. I saw something that was not for sale that I really needed to borrow. I got my courage up and I asked Rick if I could rent it for 1 hour and he said sure no problem. He charged me a very good price and was so nice. I really appreciated the fact that he trusted me and let me use it for the hour. It is nice to know that there are still people who will help you when you need it. He is the best.nnCathy S.
I will never go to this place ever again. Rick one of the owners is rude, he will cut you off when you're speaking and speak to you in a sarcastic tone as though you do not know what you're talking about. I bought a item and they could not find the price tag, so they went in the computer and gave me a price. When I get home I find the price tag taped on item that they handed to me and when I called them with the issue all they said is that they will give me back the difference when I decided I no longer wanted the item when finding out I was overcharged. I could not get a refund. So if you find an item at this store and it does not have a price tag on there most likely because they do not update their computers. You will be given you the higher price in the computers to pay then how much it's worth. Sounds like a rip off to me.
Rick is the best, so service oriented and there are plenty of great deals there to be had. Go find the piece you can't live without.
