We purchased a Flair Hot Spring hot tub from Fun Outdoor Living. Our sales person was Art and he was excellent on all the follow up and instruction for getting the tub started. They helped coordinate the electrician to run the 220 line which went flawlessly. Their delivery people were terrific and totally professional. So far 1 month in and its been great

We started looking for a hot tub a few months ago. Given the pandemic, most places are backlogged by 6 months or more. We decided to try Fun Outdoor Living in Indian Trail. We walked in and were greeted by Art Register. He was friendly and knowledgeable and showed us a few of their spas. We fell in love with the Honolulu and were given a delivery date of late February which was much sooner than most places. We received the call that our hot tub was ready and set up a delivery time. The spa was delivered and set up quickly and we were using our spa the next night. We have been using our spa nightly and it is an awesome addition to our backyard. Thank you, Art for your help!

The process was easy and pleasant. Adam was great to work with. He did an awesome job giving us options for the project and helping with ideas. The project was completed quickly and on time. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the overall price.

I purchased my hot tub from Fun Outdoor Living in Charlotte. Art Register assisted me with the purchase. He was very knowledgeable on the Hot Springs spa line and was the only dealer that was able to deliver a spa within a month. He has assisted me in getting everything up and running and has been available by phone when water quality issues have come up to coach me through.

I would love to share my experience with purchasing my original hot tub .... the company I purchased the original hot tub back in July 2020 was undoubtedly the worst experience purchasing a hot tub ever in my entire life ... understanding the situation with the pandemic that effected the sale and production of the original company promised the arrival of my hot tub by middle of October , no hot tub, next the original company promised my hot tub by Thanksgiving and still no hot tub , next the company promised by Christmas still no hot tub ...I told my wife that I was fed up with all the lies about the delivery of my completely paid hot tub ... so I asked for my money back oh I forgot to mention this hot tub was a birthday gift for my wife July 2020 so you can imagine how disappointed we both were over the ordeal!!! So about a week later my wife and I decided to try Fun Outdoor Living located (Indian Trail, NC) we had heard a lot of positive things about the company and the staff, that is where we met Art Register who introduced us to this beautiful hot tub that had all the bells and whistles that we wanted ... being a bit unsure and disillusioned over the past ordeal was convinced after talking to Art ,he gave us a peace of mind over our purchase and promised we would have our hot tub in 4-6 weeks and it happened just like he promised!!! My wife and myself are so happy that we chose our purchase from Fun Outdoor Living and the professional staff who is well schooled in the hot tub industry!!!
