Always receive attitudes from these ladies. Never smile or a how are you not even have a good day or a thanks. This afternoon my family was in there and more people started coming and the woman cooking made a rude remark about how everyone must have just woke up. The other day my son wanted a snack on the roller thing and while he was picking something out, the cashier was just rushing us giving me the eye like her phone call was way more important. We are new to the area not a good impression. Im going to have to start going to the gas station across the road probably have better customer service.

I was refused service and kicked out of the 7-11 because I had my service dog. The woman working on August 23 at 7:30 pm yelled at me as soon as I walked in and said no pets. I said he is a service dog and point to his vest. She said I don't care no dogs. I tried to explain federal law says he can come in. She then became nasty. I stepped out and called the police. The officer came and talked with her she stated to him that her manager said no animals in the no matter what!!!!!! This completely against not only this (NC) state law but federal law. I will be calling 7-11 tomorrow.

Don't trust $5.55 pizza deal. Tried it Twice. 1st time oven was broken so they gave me an unfrozen pizza to cook at home, but it was expired by 6 days! So we took a frozen one that was Frost bitten and didn't know till we got home and they offered no receipt for return. 2nd time we asked for a Pepperoni pizza and there was one already cook so she recooked it and put it in a box, we said we didn't want it while she was recooking it but she didn't listen. They put the pizza back in heating display case, but while they were doing it it touched kitchen sink. Uh. DON'T GET PIZZA HERE!!!!!
