Great people and easy to work with. Took great care of our things and our houses. Hopefully, we never have to move again but if we do it will be with the same group.
Lost parts to some of my furniture that can’t be reassembled now. Their only response is “file a claim”. That does me no good when my kids don’t have a bed to sleep in. Packing crew didn’t pack every thing they said they would. Boxes were not properly labeled. Moving crew didn’t pay attention to where labeled boxes should go. I’ve got boxes labeled “basement” in my bedrooms and vice versa. Everyone was nice and professional, but in the end terrible results.
Late on arrival, wasted an entire day. Excuses about everything. Unloading nightmare, left some of our stuff in the driveway. Were more concerned about getting back on road so were dumping stuff rather putting things in proper place. We paid premier price and got a below average service.
