What a great storage facility. I was able to get what I needed immediately, included climate control, good access good to the site, great staff. If I had not found a good living arrangement then I would have stored longer. Highly recommend
Misty was very flexible and a huge help in finding a location for the move of my travel trailer. She kept me up to date on possible spaces and has always communicated quickly. The location is extremely clean, convenient and very secure. Very happy with the service - Thanks!
Misty was so hospitable and answered every question I had before I even knew I wanted to ask it! She explained every instruction so thoroughly and to top it off, the first month’s storage rent is FREE - even if you only need 1 month of storage. Love this place
Misty is a very diligent, conscientious, patient, very well organized, fair and caring manager who does her best to take care of her customers. If she doesn't know a answer to your question, she will go out of her way to find a answer. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to everyone!!
So far setting up the renting of the unit over the phone has been very easy and friendly. Don't be afraid to call instead of using it online. Further review to come once I start using the unit.
