It was not one I use,in another State, and I was unfamiliar with where things were
I like Ingles because they have a clean store and the best variety of foods and brands in the area. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. I would give it 4 or maybe 5⭐s, a except for their are more expensive than the other grocery stores in town, they're almost always very busy (so you are usually waiting in line at the check-out, even the self check-outand) and the parking lot is difficult to navigate.
I just called to speak to the meat dept for a prime rib, they hung up on me, then called back to speak with customer service and they transferred the call but picked up and started dialing. I proceeded to say hello, hello but no one answered me. Get better employees in the near dept!
I normally love shopping at this ingles but today I had to deal with a super awkward situation, as in hearing an employee/boss yelling at another worker about chicken not being out. Very unprofessional and not something that should be done in front of customers :/ The deli department needs to train better and treat each other with more respect.
I've been to a few of these grocery stores in the Carolinas and every one I've been to has an excellent well laid out grocery store with a full service deli, meat, and sushi counter...
