I was unable to come into the store to try a new mattress. I looked online at the mattress' that were available and called the location and spoke with Debbie. She was understanding and very helpful. She and I were able to find the perfect mattress for us. We received an awesome discount and feel very pleased with our results! I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Albemarle.
This was excellent service on all sides. Debbie at Mattress Firm was very helpful, and very knowledgeable on the products they sell. The delivery of our new mattress was scheduled for 1pm to 3pm. It arrived 1pm sharp. The only bad thing I can say is that the free mattress base is only if you spend over 700 dollars. I think that's kind of shotty, and is a used car salesman tactic. Other than that sales and service was great.
Deborah was amazing. She knew just what me and my husband needed. We slept so good last night. They gave us a really good deal.
We Had The sweetest salesman. He was also very knowledgeable about the different mattresses. He was able to assist my husband and me with the perfect selection to suit both our needs.
They have purple mattresses and a super friendly staff. Reuben answered all of our questions and gave us some great advice. Talk to the people in the store. You will be glad you did.
