At least ten cars in line waiting, one lady actually working, another standing watching her work. Doors locked (Covid). Longest drive thru wait ever. Avoid.

I haven’t been inside yet, I usually zip through the drive thru. Have always had great service and no problems with any orders. I use to only buy from Starbucks, but DD is closer and has variety. Plus what I order is very comparable to Starbucks (if not better). I haven’t tried any of the donuts either, but my kid really likes them and enjoys the fact that they offer special ones depending on holidays/themes. Definitely check them out. The times I’ve stopped, they aren’t busy at all. Have seen them very busy during warmer days (due to the baskin robins also being there).

Young lady at front counter had to work alone. She made error on customer in front of me and had to remake one late. Then she charged me for 2 coffees and I only ordered 1. I was refunded cost. She tried but was obviously new and needed help and more training.

I have been here several times to get milkshakes and they are out of several flavors. I went to get a milkshake tonight and the said there blenders were being cleaned and I couldn't get one tonight. i have repeatedly been disgusted with this Dunkin. I stopped today for the first time in forever to give them another chance and the blew it again. They have lost my business for good!!!

Drink product consistency is very low at this location. Drink orders are frequently incorrect and when ordering premixed type drinks like a frozen coffee, sometimes they are so sweet they are undrinkable and others they are barely more than cold coffee with a few ice chips floating in it. Not nearly the standard recieved from other locations. Staff is often rude.
