Roses Flooring and Furniture

You just lost at least $400 sale in your Clinton NC store. I went in but don't have a mask to buy a mask and other products. All other stores I've been to provide mask. But what really upset me is the way the employee at the door talked to me. She screamed so all other customers could hear her about me not have a mask and i told her I needed a mask. She then screamed and came at me not observing the six foot distance at all that I'd have to leave like she some sort off police! Then she told me she didnt care that my $2400 cash I had in my pocket just was walking out the door. She screamed for the managers and they told me they didnt care either. I told them all to go to you know where and you take all your stores and shove them up your you know what! I will NEVER step foot in another Rose's as long as I live. I also needed a heater for my home a Christmas tree for my family! But I'll go else where or do with out. This mask mandate is BS and yall know it. How am i supposed to wear a mask in ur store if u dont let me in the door to buy one? Think about it! If it hadn't been Christmas I probably wouldn't even be there. But I needed cheap gifts for my family who may now not have any gifts at all. Our stupid liberal government is ruining Christmas over a hoax. And you are losing money. It is against our American and NC state constitutional rights to be forced to wear a mask. I've had the flu many times or common colds, never was I required to wear a face covering. But it really isnt about the face covering at all. It's the way I was treated and talked to worse than a stray dog! And I'm sure I just wasted my time typing this. Because I already know you big corporations dont really care. All you care about is money. Well you can forget my money forever!nD. Keith Britt Jr

I was so surprised that Roses even sold furniture. My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience. The woman from the Dunn Store, I don’t remember her name, was very helpful. The other Roses employees were very pleasant and helpful as well. Great job!

Always a wonderful experience shopping for furniture at the Roses store. The girls always greet us with a smile when my wife and I stop in. They don’t just try to sell to you, they take the time to understand our wants and needs.
