Slower than dirt. Never tried the ice cream but the coffee is always hit or miss. Doors locked unless you know the staff... Then they sneak you in the side doors at 8:44....
I love this place. They are super respectful and have my order in a timely matter and the workers are super friendly.
Asked us to wear our mask within the drive through, which we were happy to do. But when we got to the window, the window attendant was not even wearing a mask on mouth or nose- it was completely and off on their chin. Very unorganized pick-up, three different people talked to us, nobody knew what we had or didn’t have. It was an uncomfortable and regrettable experience.
Best Dunkin Donuts around. They laws have what you want and serve it the best way possible.
I’m a regular and at the very beginning the staff was awesome but lately the new faces have zero customer service experience. I feel like I’m at McDonald’s which we all know they are rude . I suggest the management gets their act together.
