It is never easy losing a loved one, but the staff at Arch L Ready at Resthaven are ready, willing and able to help you through the difficult process. I was pleased with how they handled my mother’s services in 2019 and then again more recently with the loss of my father. Each person I encountered was kind, caring and thoughtful. Thank you so much!
My Mother and brother had planned everything 7 years ago and it was easy to do everything. Beanie was awesome at our graveside service and everything was so beautiful. My 99 year old Mom would have been very proud.
We came Saturday for a funeral. It really didn't go well. The service was perfect but the family set that up. What was bad was how you had all of us gather in one small area before you opened the chapel. You had also locked the outside doors behind us. How do you expect us to follow social distancing when you herd us into a small area with no quick escape! It was scary and made all of us feel uncomfortable herded together. Please update your COVID plan with advice from medical professionals who deal with infectious disease.
The death of a loved one is always difficult. Presley and Jamie assisted us upon the death of our father.
