I NEVER have a GOOD experience at Lowe's, for me it's just a necessary evil.
Went in for a washer and dryer. Nothing really in stock. The gentleman was helpful. They lost our business by not approving us for financing we should have easily gotten only to have the guy tell us about their lease to own option. Get up to the customer service where she tells us we don't need to come to her. Go to the regular register to have the cashier ring us up only to find out we did in fact have to go to customer service so she deletes our order. Back and forth, back and forth... only to find out they were going to charge us over $1500 to lease to own! I don't think so! Especially when we should have been approved for the year no interest. They are a joke!

Chris at the pro desk was very helpful and knowledgeable, This store does not have enough staffing to assist the customer, Customers were standing in line to check out , I give the five stars to Chris, Not The Store!!!!!!. I work in retail, this could be one of the top SALES STORE IN THE AREA IF IT WAS MANAGED PROPERLY.
