Walmart Bakery

I ordered my sons first birthday cake and smash cake from Wal Mart and the smash cake was not even close or similar to what I ordered and the cupcake cake was alright but it could of used more details like I wanted. They didn't even write Happy Birthday on it like I asked. They just had my sons name on it... it was a Mickey Mouse cupcake cake that was suppose to have little Mickey Mouse figures on it and they told me they could not get the figures. I placed the order at least a month and a half ahead! The icing on the big cake was suppose to be whipped which is was not. And the smash cake was terrible. It was suppose to be all white icing and have little black fondant ears to represent Mickey Mouse. I got a cake that had blue, red and green icing on it. So my sons face and hands were dyed all different colors. The top of the cake just had a green Mickey Mouse head drawn on it. No Mickey ears like I wanted. They even asked me if fondant would be okay for the ears. When went in the day before to check on the cake to see if it was ready and they didn't even mention or show us the smash cake so I asked about it and they said oh it may not be finished yet. And with the way it looked..it looked like they threw it together the morning I was picking it up. My point is I will never ever order another cake from Wal Mart ever again. We even told them the smash cake was nothing like that I wanted and showed her a picture of what I ordered. And we didn't get no kind of apology or anything.
