I wish I could give this bakery a 5 star review since it came highly recommended by my wedding venue, but I just can’t with their terrible customer service. I inquired about a wedding cake order by email right after Thanksgiving. Renee immediately emailed back and said she was on vacation that week and would get back with me the following week. I have since sent 2 weekly follow-up emails after that next week she was to return...and nothing. I was ghosted. They lost a potential customer. As an anxious out of town bride, I was hopeful this was going to be the place my wedding cake would come from since it is local to my venue but I have since resorted to hiring another bakery who has been more responsive, and happily taken care of me. If you are a bride and looking for a bakery in the Marion area, be wary.
Baked goods are fine, but not at all worth the garbage customer service. The owner answered ever question I had in a very rude and sarcastic manner.
Good cupcakes, cookies, eclaires and more. They also have coffees n drinks
Adorable little bakery, located in a factory, which is all newly done, with stores & restaurants still going in!nBaked goods are delicious, Cakes are beautiful & fully made to your decor.nOwner is very nice & cappuccino was delicious as well! Nice delicious place to stumble upon. Worth your time to search & stop!
The coffee is amazing. Glad to have somewhere close that makes great coffee. The cake we ordered came out perfect.
