Karen and Allie have been my nail techs for years now! I trust no other nail salon in sanford especially with how amazing Karen does on my eyebrows I get compliments almost everyday about how beautifully they are arched!

Had an appointment for a pedicure at 1:45. There were two ladies working and only one customer when I went in. The younger of the two ladies had me sit down with my feet in cold water while she walked back to the front of the store. Five minutes later she came back and asked if the water was good. I asked if it could be warmer. She made a face and didn’t answer before changing it. She then said she’d be back in a few minutes. She went to the back and ten minutes later I could hear her scrubbing tools. Meanwhile, I’m sitting in the worst massage chair ever still waiting. I finally left the chair and walked out at 2:02. I’m very disappointed as I went here because of the high reviews.
