I had to wait almost two months for a dryer
Lowe's employees were readily available to point us in the direction we needed and did not stand over us pressuring us to buy any particular product. Thank you for that! Found other items easily ourselves. Prices are reasonable. I was very happy with my trip to Lowe's. Of course you need to consider, I am like a small child in a toy store every time I go to Lowe's. (Yes, I get that excited)
Helpful staff, friendly employees. Never have any issues with exchanges or returns. Beautiful lumber in stock almost always. Opened a charge acct approx 1 year ago - makes it easy to tracks costs of jobs with PO#’s!
Most of the employees are polite and helpful, but when it comes to answering the phone they are a NEGATIVE! They never answer the phone and it took them forever to bring out my pickup order! The phone rang for literally 10 minutes before I had to eventually go inside and it still took them forever to locate and bring out my order!
Service is horrific at this store! I sat in a chair by the grills for 55 minutes yesterday waiting for an associate to pull down a grill from the rack. No one ever came. While sitting, two store associates walked by, talking about how much they hate working there. Every time I have gone to have boards cut the saw has been broken. I have tried six times since last March. I ordered the grill and a storm door online for store pickup five hours.. Two items. Called the store three times and asked for customer service and no one picked up. A very friendly associate named Crystal apologized for the bad experience and canceled my order per my request. They are getting a new store manager next wek. Maybe he will get rid of the associates who hate working there and hire more people like Crystal.
