They talked me through the entire process and I was put at ease. Outstanding customer service from beginning to end.
The unprofessionalism at that location stems from poor management PERIODT.nRequest to have the DM contact me over a week ago still no response. The 1800 number provided is bogus all you get is a bunch of surveys and you're never connected. I for 1 will never do business with them AGAIN. If you need something like furniture quickly and you do not want it to be on your credit or if you have bad credit Rent a center is the place. You do pay more in the long run but nothing goes towards your credit. I have had a good experience with Rent a center. Money was tight and my central unit broke down and i needed a way to keep house cool so i rented a portable air conditioner, I never went to the facility to make payments i always did it online and that work best for me. My experience was good. I knew what i was getting into and if I wanted to go to a furniture shop that does report credit i could have. Rent a center is just easy simple and fast!
