This was a very easy shopping experience. The customer service was awesome. Mr. David, the manager was very helpful and accommodating.
I've been a customer for 15 years David P. has always treated me with kindness and respect. If he wasn't available others demonstrated the same level of professionalism. My entire home has been furnished by Badcock, quality furnishings, truly good people to work with, and prices that are affordable.
Bought the only recliner in town my wife liked with an electric recline. After 18 days, it stopped working. Called Badcock and they sent a repairman (Travis) out next day where he quickly diagnosed the problem (bad power cord) and they fixed it same day. No run around. No gimmicks. This is customer service at its finest. Thank you!
I bought a living room set there: power couch, loveseat and recliner, I wanted real leather but the salesperson swore up and down the 'NEW' pleather was even 'MORE' durable than real leather. I paid $3300 with the extended warranty and it was completely falling apart after a year and I live alone and hardly sat in it! I didn't realize it was possible for any furniture to be such low quality, then they said my extended warranty didn't cover peeling and wouldn't cover it. It was an embarrassment before it was even paid for!
