Had a wonderful experience. Sell rep turned out to be a young man who's family my brother and I attend elementary school with. I had an issue with my purchase hours after I left the store I called, returned it, item was replaced no hassle.
My family and I have been buying devices/appliances for quite sometime now from Aarons and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. They have always helped me and guided me in the right direction. Anytime there may have been any problem they helped me correct it immediately and went above and beyond with amazing customer service. I highly recommend going to them!!!! I can’t wait to make another purchase in the near future!!!
Great stuff but didn't have what I needed so I took off one star.
Worked with me on a payment over 10 days late and set up ANY date good for me to have the payment taken directly out pf my account to avoid late charges in the future.
I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST NOBODY RENT FROM THIS CROOKED PLACE THEY WILL LET OTHERS TAKE OVER PAYMENTS ON PROPERTY WITHOUT PROPER PAPER WORK AN STILL TRY AN CHARGE THE ORIGINAL PPL FOR IT ......
