I visited this thorton's today to get some gas I walked in the store there was a person being checked out and one other fellow in line so I stood next to the cash register near the door Patiently waiting for my turn the lady being checked out took longer than expected A-line formed the worker working page for help that lady came out and I walked up she told me I needed to get in the back in A-line I tried to explain to her that I had been waiting there for a while it was just me and the other person in line so I didn't walk around I was trying to maintain proper social distancing She continued to voice her opinion until her coworker chimed up and said he has been waiting there for a while Which is why I gave it 3 stars otherwise it would been one star Is only my attempt to maintain proper social distancing for my safety and the safety of others as your stores mandates I don't think it's nice to single me out in front of all the other customers that were in there I don't think it's nice to single me out in front of all the other customers they were in there

Was denied gas for my car because I didn't cover my face. Regardless of your stance on the issue this isn't right and will be spreading the word about this company.

The staff is very helpfull but the gas pumps are filthy and the store could be cleaner.

Worst Thornton's in Louisville I told myself many times I would not return to the store because they never have enough staff at the registers but I went in this morning because I was in a hurry and it's near my home they wouldn't sell me cigarettes because they were counting them that is ridiculous I've been into plenty of stores that are counting cigarettes and they just adding or subtracting from the list and go on I will never go in there again worst service ever

I went to get coffee at 8 pm, the store was slow and the workers were very friendly and had great attitudes. They were finally standing around and doing nothing. I told them they were right to have a break while not busy. The store and the counters were so clean you could eat off of it. Great job Thortons crew on evening shift on 8/8/2019!!!!
