Came in for the cream of chicken and rice soup bowl .. apparently they aren't serving that anymore so I ordered the chicken noodle soup bowl. They didn't give me the bread bowl with my order, and the spoon wasn't in plastic wrap. The amount of broth in the soup was 90%, 1 piece of chicken (no lie), a few noodles and mostly carrots. Definitely not worth the $!!
Panera has a new duet combination meal. I saw the email with a lower price. I get to the drive thru and the person tells me it’s an online promotion. Well, now that I look closely, it’s in the small print. Panera, you just lost an order and a customer.
Most of the lettuce on the large salad was stale-second time this monthnI give up on this Panera.
This is a great store. The quality of the food was fantastic. I also really appreciated the service it was quick and very good. The store was clean and very spacious lots of room for seeding. the location is really awesome.
The service is awesome & the employees are always friendly.
