We shopped all around trying to get the best price and we found it in Sylva, NC. Alice was the best! She knew all about the different mattresses and did not make us feel pressured at all. On our second visit, we picked out our new bed and it was delivered a couple days later and they even took away our old mattress for us. Other mattress businesses used deception and high pressure tactics, it was like buying a car back years ago. I'm so glad we found Alice at Sleep USA.
We received courteous, informative, professional service while selecting our mattress sets. We weren’t pressured into immediately buying and the pricing was as listed - no discounts hidden or negotiating from the floor. This shop is very clean & organized & we would recommend. Delivery was timely and so so professional. And we couldn’t say enough great things about our sales person Alice. She is the greatest!

Alice answered all our questions and was very attentive in the store. Was not pushy or over bearing for us to make a decision. Was available for follow up questions over the phone. Has been a positive experience.
