Teresa is an amazing massage therapist. Never had cranio sacral work until finding Mantra. ud83dude4c the Cashiers community (and beyond) is quite fortunate to have her expertise. I drove from Highlands - would recommend her highly.

Excellent overall experience with Teresa who owns the spa and Terri our Massage Therapist. We called right after Christmas and they were able to accommodate all three of us the next day for back to back sessions. We will definitely be back!!
