We had out flooring installed a couple years ago. I had to call them back couple times because all the moldings were not even tacked down, some of the moldings had split and they didn t bother to place with a new one. The planks of the luxury vinyl would keep separating. The installer said on one occasion; you know I like ya ll but I hope I don t have to come back out here. So, it separated again, and I haven t called until today as everytime I look at this floor Im sick. I was told I would have to pay for the call to come out and for more service. Really?
Dee is amazing! She was recommended to us by our realtor, and we live out of state. She walked us through the process and sent tons of pictures before and after since we couldn’t see the property and work. She was highly professional and her team provided outstanding work! The before and after pictures are night and day! If you need a flooring company, I cannot say enough about them!
Makes a person laugh when you see an employee, give their employer only four stars of five. What made the business only worthy of four stars ? Product, management or just having a bad day. I can give you five stars for your honesty girl.

My wife and I have used Floors To Go multiple times in the past to include replacement of the flooring and paint when we first purchased our home 8 years ago. Recently we discovered a water leak that ruined some carpet in our master bedroom. I went to see them again (in a fairly large rush) and received great service in the store and quick installation once we picked a color. I would certainly recommend Floors To Go to anyone.
