Not happy. Ordered a $75 cake. Called to ensure online order was received. The person who answered the phone said the cake turn around was at least 2 weeks. She laughed when I asked what I was supposed to do since they couldn't notify anyone of this and even allowed me to choose the day/time. I spoke with corporate and the assistant manager of the store who both said it was 2 days. I cancelled the order because I don't trust the lady after some of her other comments. The assistant manager was so nice enough to reimburse $25 to ensure I could secure a cake for Saturday since it will take until Friday to get the refund. I commend this assistant manager for doing the best she could to fix the issue.
Called for a price of a cake a was hung up on. Literally sounded like someone picked up the phone and hung up
