I am having an awesome experience here. They are so kind and thoughtful. They make you feel so important and are happy you are their client. I am always comfortable. I finished my final laser hair removal appointment today. This is the second time I have had this service done at Ideal Image. I loved my experience with Ideal Image Greensboro. Ashley was so nice, friendly, and helpful whenever I spoke with her. She was always understanding whenever I needed to reschedule and was very accommodating. My technicians were all very professional and pleasant to speak with. I always felt safe/at ease during my sessions, which is a huge positive, considering the giant laser beside my head that I was zapped with during my appointments. I am very likely to return for future services and always refer this location to my friends.
After having a horrible experience at another location I was directed to the Greensboro location by the wonderful customer service team and promised a much better experience and BOY WERE THEY RIGHT.nThe staff was courteous and knowledgeable, they took the time to really discuss options and let me know various treatment plans. Would recommend this team to anyone, especially Hayley! 10/10.
Definitely recommend coming here! At first I was little nervous but Ashley and the ladies at the front were super sweet and professional! I appreciate their hospitality and making the process quick and easy!
I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Hayley. She explained my treatment plan in detail and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I was very pleased with my experience and cannot wait to return. All of the staff were very friendly. The clinic was very clean and I felt very safe with their Covid precautions.
