The professionalism of Dr. Micheal Diamond and his staff is impeccable. Dr. Diamond took his time and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of my procedure. He is one of the most professional physicians I've encountered. Hands down, the most professional place in town!
I went for the first time yesterday and i am so please with the office and how professional they are. Dr. Diamond answered any questions i had and made sure i understood the process before jumping in to anything. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and loves what he does! Great office!
I am extremely pleased with the services provided by Dr. Diamond at Infinite Allure Spa. I appreciate his skill and expertise as well as the helpfulness of the staff. Given the nature of this work, it is incredibly important to me to have a highly trained and experienced clinician in a professional environment. Best of all, the results have been remarkable. The Infinite Allure team is absolutely great,from making an appointment, to answering the phone, responding to emails, greeting you upon arrival. My first visit I had so many questions about seeing all the services offered, the staff is very knowledgeable and able to answer and provide additional information. I've completed my 2nd laser hair removal treatment at Infinite Allure PLLC. The treatment was painless, fast, and very clean. My hair is alot thinner in the areas I still have some hair growth, and completely gone in others. Upon each visit the staff provided great step by step details on what to expect. During my laser hair procedure they continued to check on me to make sure I was fine. There are no words to describe the great customer service and patient focus at this office and all the wonderful services that work with such great results!
Omg this place is crazy, the lady at the front was extremely rude, when I arrived she says what do you want? Really?they don't explain anything they do not know how to treat people, I'm not going to finished my treatment not with all these unprofessional people
