I appreciate the time you spent reviewing my photos, my eyelid area and giving me your opinion on what might work best for me. To be honest, I would have preferred that a paid consultation be with the doctor who is actually performing the procedure. I'm not comfortable making a decision to move forward and schedule a procedure based on this preliminary consult. I asked to see photos of the patient procedures and was told that everything available is on the website. My eyes are just too important to contemplate surgery with so little context for what I can expect. I understand that at some point I am to hear from someone about the price of a cosmetic blepharoplasty, but it isn't necessary. Again, I thank you for your time and friendly manner.

Rebecca was awesome! She covered all things related to my procedure and answered all my questions. She was a great listener and was very kind. The office staff was friendly and very timely.

I have had a Prosthetic eye since 1996 and my Eye Lid just kept closing more so I had a new eye made and Anna recommended Luxe to do the surgery. Everyone there was very nice and treated me like I was important to them. I met Rebecca first and she was so nice, very honest, knowledgeable and told me they could help me. They were very professional, quick to get me in an appointment with Rebecca and then surgery with Dr Valdivar, who was very sweet and had the best bed side manner. He was so talented in getting my eye fixed I didn't experience much pain at all. I love the results and Rebecca is making sure that everything is going great and keeping an extra eye on the progress. Thank you all!
