Casey is absolutely fantastic. Probably the best massage I've ever had. Could not have ended a rough week better! Also glad that you are taking Covid-19 seriously, and thank you for continuing to come to work despite the risks involved now.

Brittany answered the phone when I called. She was highly professional and courteous. I know I can have high expectations and demands of individuals who work in the service inustry. Brittany met all of my expectations and more.

I would write a novel about how wonderful my experience was if I could but I’m pretty sure people would stop reading halfway through, so I’ll try to just give you the highlights.nThere was Caroline at reception who was so gracious and helpful and answered my many questions about add-ons, pricing, and was never pushy but was encouraging of me to pamper myself which was absolutely what I was there to do. Without her I never would have known about the enhancements for my facial (that she squeezed me in for last minute) which made all the difference in my service.nShay, my masseuse, was a godsend. Absolutely phenomenal. Sweet and professional, and definitely knows how to take care of you. My pain was so much better by the end of our session.nMy esthetician, Francis did beautiful work. My skin has been looking so tired, despite my best efforts. Not only did she make carefully considered product recommendations for me, but I could see a HUGE difference in my skin afterwards - I was GLOWING. The product is worth it y’all. Take care of your skin.nI did not catch his name, but at check out there was another really sweet guy with Caroline who helped me work out a great discount for my PCA products which is really just the cherry on top when you’re dropping dollars on services and product together.nAll in all it was a great experience and this team really enhanced it and made my day so much better, I can’t thank you enough for that.

DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THEIR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP SCAM! Management is awful and doesn’t return calls. Front desk staff is uneducated on customer service and rude. They change staff often and don’t keep their verbal promises even when documented in their own system. 100% RUN!!!

I have been going to this location for years and I absolutely love it! They are so customer-friendly, and Sarah is so so good at massages! I also really appreciate how much care they are showing their customers during this COVID season—from temperature checks to wearing masks to additional cleaning, it’s helpful to know that I can come and get rids of all the knots while also feeling like I’m in a clean and safer environment. Thank you for protecting your customers!
