10/10 would recommend! Zeb and Chance did an amazing job helping me move!! When the original moving help I had arranged had an emergency and was unable to assist, I frantically began searching for new helpers. From my first conversation with Tommy, I felt confident in putting my business in Smart Move. The 2 helpers he sent were on time and efficient. All of my items were handled with care and arrived just how they left. It should also be noted that I was moving out of an apartment with a flight of stairs that had a tight turn at the top and a small doorway at the bottom - not a single item so much as brushed the wall. These guys were awesome and I'm so thankful they were able to help me, especially since it was so last minute! I would definitely recommend them for your moving assistance needs! Very respectful, professional movers. Made the experience of moving quick and painless !
Horrible!!!!! We scheduled a date/time for our movers weeks in advance and were told we would get a confirmation call the day before. No one called, so my husband called them at 9pm. They forgot to put us on the schedule, so they started calling their employees who were off the next day to find someone. They also promised us a 19 ft truck.nnThe next morning two guys show up 45 minutes late with a 10 foot UHaul.The much smaller truck extended the moving time from the estimated 4-5 hrs (their estimate) to 8 hours as they had to make multiple trips. (They were charging us by the hour.)nnMultiple items were damaged, and we were promised compensation. Three months have gone by. We have called and emailed repeatedly, sent pics and receipts, and they still have not followed through on their promises.
Very professional and honest. 2 men did great work moving steady and fast! Would definitely use these guys if you ever need help with your move
We used Smart Move to help us with our move to the NC mountains. The Asheville crew met us in Blowing Rock. They were very timely, efficient, professional and courteous. We highly recommend them!
