I had a strange job where I needed some really heavy (est 1000 lb) scientific equipment moved from a pickup truck down a really tricky set of stairs to a basement. The first crew of a few guys they sent out gave it a try but had to give up due to the weight. Tri City Movers came back with the full crew a few days later ready to do battle and got the job done. A huge two thumbs up to the crew for getting it done and for a very reasonable price.
I have used Tri City Movers several years ago with great service. This time was completely different. They were 30 minutes late to start. They scratched my new recliner which I noticed right away and they did discount our price. After unpacking, I noticed they scratched a table and my bed footboard. Who knows what happened to the items in storage. After picking up my items, when we got to our new residence, they reeked of weed. We had to air out our house as the entire place smelled. Only 2 of the movers wore masks. Highly dissapointed.
