Very disappointing, Crete is a mega carrier and this is the best you can do for your drivers with the so called terminal in Greensboro!?!? The drivers have no access to the amenities they would expect and deserve on the weekends or any time they should decide to stop for a safe haven. Crete talks a good safety game but it's pure corporate lip service. If drivers are indeed Crete's most precious asset then show them.

Just here to comment Crete can get you up to 2000 it’s just the contracts they pull pay less but Walmart pays well. Best company Ive I’ve worked for

Great company to work for I’ve been here 5 years now no complaints good people, good miles, good equipment definitely a retirement company.

Crete is different it is the worst outfit I have worked for. The truck was not road ready lost 1 1/2 days. Then the turbo went out another 1 1/2 days. Bad batteries cost me another 1/2 day. This was all in 2 weeks.nWas SE regional 12 days out, did not get home on time. Asset manager was dictirorial you have to drive nights, I refused for safety always been a morning person.nMost fellow employees were nice.nCharge $95. To clean a truck, could have been $160. At other terminals.nOh they have forward radar that slows you down. I used fuel pedal to speed up and safely passed. Got a call from safety I violated company policy twice. Told I had to slow down not to do that again.nYou can only get up to 65 on cruise control pushing accelerate button. Stupid takes focus off the road. Then if you break then resume it sets back to 62 mph. Again focus broken.nThey have dinky fuel tanks less than 160 gallons for both tanks. Then they refuel you at 1/2 tank. Def is 15 gallons. All so they can haul more weight.nDo not be fooled by milage pay it will average out to other companies. Do not believe other drivers who say it is great. They get a bonus, currently 2K will give you a card with the their info. On it.nSteer clear of Crete Carriers it is just another outfit who care more for their profit not yours.nEric from Lombard, IL
