I had only one issue with Life Storage and it was a company issue, not a location issue. Anna and Connie are amazing and got it all worked out for me. Definitely will be storing my stuff here for years!
I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and the efficiency of the process. I needed a unit at the last minute. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone
Connie was soooo sweet, not only did she give me directions over the phone but greeted me & helped me locate my storage soon as I arrived, and was sure my code worked before leaving for the work day!
The people working there are fantastic!! Problem is the new owners just keep raising the rates, we have gone up $50 over a couple years. You would think they would want steady customers that always pay on time!!
I would like to say that Anna and Connie at this location were AWESOME!!!! My husband and I just relocated to N.C. and this was my 1st time ever using a storage company .These 2 ladies coordinated with my moving company and made this move smooth for us. Thank you Anna & Connie:)
