Very polite hard working crew. My 84 year old mom was moved and they catered to her very kindly and patiently. They placed all the rugs and furniture where she wanted them and assembled beds and furniture. First move where no damage to furniture or goods. Jason and Anthony were the best!! Hold them with high regard.

Austin's movers(David and Alfonzo) were not only professional and courteous, they were fast and safe with all of our belongings. I will recommend them to any and everyone. I decided to hire Austin's Moving Company for my local move after being highly recommended by a property manager from RE Carroll Management. I had several issues with my move in dates and lease, however they were very accommodating and flexible after I changed dates multiple times. I was provided an upfront quote and the prices are very reasonable. I was having furniture disassembled and assembled, boxes and items moved, and large furniture moved from a third floor apartment with no elevator. The new apartment had only one small elevator to relocate the belongings, with no close parking for the truck. It is common sense as a customer to have flexibility with a moving company, so I realized the move may not be as easy as we all wanted it to be. I knew I had to be flexible with the estimated costs.nnJerome and Jason provided a courtesy phone call the morning of my move and arrived on time. They worked HARD. Despite how difficult everything was, they maintained professionalism and upbeat attitudes. There was no messing around, everything was safely moved and put back together as they were. Given the circumstances, the move took longer than we anticipated which resulted in more money than was originally estimated- but that's normal and obvious because I saw first hand how much work was being done and how quickly they were trying to get it finished. I was more than pleased with the services and definitely recommend this moving company.

I was so nervous about moving into a newly renovated home because I did not want to mess up any walls or floors. The guys from Austin’s were so careful and so nice about how nervous I was. I was so pleased With my move... so am hiring them again in a month to move around furniture in my house and move boxes to storage!
