I needed a storage space for a short amount of time and I figured I would take a advantage of this facility’s easy online process, everything went well online and I was told I would be contacted by the site. Damien called me within minutes and was extremely helpful! He answered all my questions and gave lots of helpful tips. Today, I moved out of my storage unit and again, Damien was right there to walk me through the process. Thanks to Damien and Extra Space for making this so easy and pleasant. If I need storage again I’ll definitely come back.

Came in and spoke with a nice young man named Damien. He was informative and so nice. He showed me a little space to put my things in which was perfect. He was working so hard while by himself. He was helping multiple people at the same time. This company has a great employee in him!

The atmosphere was very welcoming. I had reserved a 10x10 climate control storage and Damien was very accommodating. He explained everything from the contract, to how the locks/entrance work, hours of operation and payment plans. The whole process occurred in a timely manner. The best part was the cleanliness and the pricing. Highly recommended.

So I turned into the parking lot thinking I could drive through to United and a pretty funny guy was outside getting some trash out of the parking lot. He asked me If I could do a review for him so here it is. Hot as it is outside and he's out there picking up trash, I would expect him to be a good worker. I didn't need to rent but he was funny and pretty cool as well.

Came to the site to look at spaces. I was shopping around, not sure if I even need storage, but Damien showed me quite a few different sized spaces (5). I was pleased with his professionalism. He was really funny and happy with a smile. I see why they're almost full. Customer service is great.
