JVA was fabulous both at pickup and delivery. Noel and his 3 man crew packed our belongings professionally and with great care. Jaime and his helper delivered as promised, unpacked everything, assembled what was needed and cleaned up in a timely manner. We could not have been more pleased with the entire process. We would highly recommend JVA for your next move.
We were very nervous about making this out of state move. The customer service was excellent. David & his crew loaded us up promptly. The delivery was on time & unloaded by a friendly & courteous crew. Highly recommend this company. Every step & detail was explained. They exceeded our expectations.
We moved from NC to PA and Jaime Valdivia and his crew were outstanding. They moved a large safe which was difficult and they did a great job packing the truck. We think he should start his own business. He is professional and gets the job done.
We lived on a marine Airstation Cherry Point in Havelock NC. We were moving to Patrick Space Force Base, Florida Their workers had a fight in our front yard over money from the owner trying to pay them less than agreed after they loaded everything. Then driver tried to leave 4 workers in 30 degree weather with no ride. I had to insist he not leave until they hit a ride. One of their people had a bad background check and could not get on base. Our dryer, dresser, and dishes were damaged during move. I was told they weigh truck before loaded at a cat scale. Then weigh it again after loaded. I had 4400 lbs based on cat scale. They had me over estimate so that it “didn’t come out more expensive.” So we over estimated at 5804 lbs. They lied, I had to pay the over estimated price or they would not release my belongings. Sadly, my husband is a 100% disabled vet. He had a large certificate of retirement. I packed this in a picture box as to make sure it was not damaged. It never made it the 10 hour trip from NC to Florida. Military and vets should STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! You have been warned THEY ARE HORRIBLE! They have zero respect for military and veterans. Matter of fact, they have no respect for anyone and should not be trusted in any form!
When they move my stuff, one of my dining chair was broken. I showed to the driver and took a picture. Then I claimed for insurance. They just ignored all the emails and the phone calls afterwards. When they answer the phone, they always tell me they will call the next day, which they never did.
