Felipe was super helpful! He greeted me upon my arrival into the store and asked my interest. He showed me the best route to take through the store. He allowed me to browse by myself allowing me the privacy I needed. Before he let me browse the store he also explained how I can see measurements, pricing, and color for my furniture of choice. He checked in on me periodically at seemingly the perfect times! He didn’t try to persuade me to buy the most expensive pieces but truly allowed me to choose based on my comfort which I appreciated. I left and went to price check other stores and returned to Rooms to Go the same day mainly because of their good prices and excellent customer service which makes all the difference for me. I highly recommend (and you’re blessed if you get Felipe)!

I had a wonder experience with Shay! She was kind and helpful! She helped us determine between two couches and took the time to walk about the store with a pillow to match a rug perfectly for our new couch and living room! She was welcoming first to great us at the door and even ran to our car to make sure we had our cleaner! Without a second thought she gave my son the perfect fidget (a purple mattress sample!) it helped keep him entertained while we finished the process! This is my second living room from rooms to go and I can't wait for it to arrive (3.5 week turn around which beats everyone else around here!!!)

Good quality furniture, decent selection and great prices. Our sales person, Miranda White, was fantastic. She worked with us on the pieces we wanted to look at and combine. She kept up with all changes and was easy to work with. This is our second set of furniture we have bought from R2G. The last set was 18 years ago and is still in very good shape. We would recommend R2G and Miranda to anyone.

We were looking for a bedroom set for our guest room and Michael was very helpful in putting a package together for us. He made several recommendations that fit our price point. He was very knowledgeable about the store items and explained the reason for the delayed post COVID delivery schedule. Rooms to go is our go to place for one stop shopping and great customer service. We highly recommend this store and Michael as a consultant.

I went to Rooms To Go to purchase a new living room set. This store has a great selection! My wife and I explained what we were looking for with our salesperson, Shay. She discussed upholstery and other choices for our set. She submitted our order quickly and professionally. She is very patient and courteous with her customers. She has great taste and my wife would like to hire her as an interior decorator. I would highly recommend her. We will definitely be back!
