I was provided with a tracking number that did not work. They would not answer their phone or respond to voicemails. The delivery driver was very rude. He left a message yesterday that someone would have to be at the house at the time of delivery. We asked if he would call at least 40 minutes prior to the delivery time, he said he would. He did not. Instead, he called and said he would be there in 3 minutes. No one had time to get to the house with the short notice, as I was at work. The only good news is that Mt shipment arrived earlier than the purchasing website stated it would.
We have used this company for crossdocking and re-delivery options. Working with Adam has been a very good experience. He is very understanding and keep very high level of professionalism if it comes to dealing with people. I highly recommend this company and working them.
They git u unloaded quickly.
