Johnny Clinard (owner) is great, fair, and very helpful guy! Several storage unit sizes to choose from, all at very competitively low prices. Even if this storage facility out of your way, the savings and personal service will make it worth your while and time.

I should have posted a review much longer ago!! When I moved out of my apartment and needed climate control storage. They were wonderful. I ended up downsizing when I sold most of the item there, and they were willing to work with me into another unit. I ended up leaving because I moved into another home. And it was easy and efficient with leaving. They are great people and by far the cleanest climate control unit I've ever rented from. Fast forward 3-4 years later, and I now live on another side of town. Recently, had to get a storage unit again. And all I can say is, its nothing compared to the ones here at Clinard Farm. I highly recommend this place. It's very well maintained, secured, and easy to work with

Used them for a decade when I lived in the area. Excellent prices, location and customer service. Truly unbeatable and I will definitely used them again if i ever return to the area. HIGHLY recommended
