I was missing 5 packages at my home for a period of 2 weeks. Went up to the facility because it was well worth of 2000 dollars of items that were missing. Took forever to solve the problem. Declared a investigation or was going to calm the police. Few hours later, such a coincidence. Driver pulls up with only 3 of my packages out of the 5. They were unopened and still sealed. But how are 5 items consecutively going to go missing and I never have ever had this issue in my neighborhood. Manager did help with the issue but they need to install cameras on the trucks and do something about their employees. Because I truly feel they were trying to steal them. Horrible staff and please if you can find another provider. Please do for the sake of your sanity

Very,Very poor on getting packages to people lost packages be carefull with shipping with FedEx !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Team driver on a dedicated route. This is the only place that we go to that has the WORST operations center, on our dedicated route.nnThey almost never have anything ready for us... and we’re here every day! They’ll have us run around looking for empty trailers, that can’t be found half the time, because they don’t have anything for us.nnWe were given a load at 16:30 and told it would be ready in a couple hours (2 pup trailers). We waited a total of 12 hrs before they gave us a different trailer.nnDedicated teams shouldn’t have to set around for hours!?nnThis place sucks!

Operations needs a overhaul. It’s just never gonna get better until they get a more organized operations. Nothing is ever consistent, no one follows up with you, it’s just unreal.

..the Kernersville location needs too be investigated by corporate and/ or it needs all new workers and management and it needs too be investigated by the news media..im starting a social media crusade too have this location investigated and for action too be taken against those responsible..
