1800pack rat was fantastic, we moved out of state and the whole overall experience was excellent. We needed a 2nd container 2 days before our pickup and they worked with us quickly to get us a 2nd one to not delay our final delivery by any more than needed. The customer service line was always professional and barely any wait times. All drivers were very friendly picking up and dropping off our containers. All contents in the containers made it through delivery without any damage.
They changed my price by almost $80 extra dollars a month from $199. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They aren't even offering help to people during cov times. The Greensboro team has been very good with communication. Caiden has been quick to respond and on time. They have gone beyond the call of duty to provide excellent customer service and great communication. Anita in the office was very helpful as well.
Called 48 hours in advance to access my unit, so they would have time to remove from warehouse. Was told I could access unit anytime between 9am and 4pm. When I get to the warehouse my unit was not accessible and no one was there from pack rat to talk to. Waited an 1-1/2 hours in parking lot and never accessed unit!! Will not recommend pack rat to anyone!
Charged a additional $50 to delivery my unit the next day.
