Great customer service, we're still new renters but they look well managed. Entries, exits, hallways and driveways are clear, clean and well lit. Some of the fire wall doors don't close all the way or are stuck and quite difficult to open. Happy to see they offer accessible units. Only took off 1 star because the space inside the unit is dark. There are no motion sensor lights to help you see inside your unit. Be sure to bring a flashlight or headlamp if you need to rummage through your boxes. Also wish there was more than 1 cart at each door.

Great experience. Best storage place I've had yet. Customer service is absolutely wonderful and the insurance is cheap so your belongings are extra safe. Highly recommend !!!

In just over a years time they have DOUBLED the rent for my unit. My rate went from $68 to $120 a month. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t use this company. They lock you in and every couple months continue to raise the price. Very disappointed. 0/10 recommend.
