AWFUL SERVICE, THE WORSE EVER!!! WE HIRED THIS COMPANY TO SHIP A PERFECTLY BEAUTIFUL PORSCHE 356 HOOD AND IT ARRIVED WITH A HUGE DENT AND NO ONE TOOK RESPONSABILITY. AND AS A FURTHER INSULT THEY OFFERED US $10 DOLLARS BUT ALTHOUGH OUR TOTAL LOSS WAS $675. PLEASE SEE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS.
My order which required my signature was delivered and documented that I signed for it . However, I never even seen the driver or knew my items were outside until I just happened to go outside. There my order was, $400.00 worth of merchandise sitting in front of my garage.nOf course I was upset because anyone could of walked away with my items. I was more outraged when I found out the driver documented the shipment was received by myself. (which never happened!)nNot to mention I was NOT notified my shipment would not makes it to me on the original delivery date!nThis is my first time having used this carrier.nMy experience was less than what I expected. We'll see if my next order arrives on time and delivered to me accordingly.
Worst shipping company honestly, they are never on time and their appointment are BS. Had to close my store because they told me the shipment will arrive in 30 min and 3 hours later and still haven’t received it. NOT RECOMMEND
