I have worked at pretzel cafe for over three years now and I have to say this is a pretty great company to work for. Everyone gets along and not to mention the pretzels taste amazing. I look forward to working with my coworkers and seeing the regulars come by the store because pretzel cafe is not just a store....we’re a family.

Today I visited Four Seasons Town Center around 4 pm. My husband and I were standing on the second floor looking over the banister at workers of Pretzel Cafe. To our shock and dismay, we saw an employee sweep up a fallen tray of pretzel bites, drop them into hot oil, re fry them and placed them in the bin with the other bites to be sold. When I went down and confronted the employees, one of the young girls denied it and called me a liar. However, before my speaking to them, she repeatedly looked up and saw my husband and I watching and even indicated to a co worker , that we were watching . This establishment needs to be monitored as unfortunately, this such incident has probably happened in the past as wel.
