Friendly and fast service. Great food. I was able to get in and out, in the morning, without a delay to get to work. The only thing that took longer than normal was payment because the cashier was having a problem with her register.
I am a reward Panera member who loves their food, pastry and tea, no complaints, HOWEVER, every time I visit any of their locations in Greensboro and Burlington I have noticed the same issue. They fail in cleanness. Yesterday my husband and I went to have dinner at the Wendover location and we couldn’t find a clean spot to sit down. All tables were dirty, floor had rest of food, a dirty tray with left overs on a nearby table that nobody removed during the whole time we were eating there. People come and go and nobody cleans anything. It is very concerning and disappointing that Panera doesn’t care about keeping their locations clean and more during these times of Pandemic.
All was good with food (Pick Two). They're a bit pricey IMO (esp beverages). They could easily open all booths by installing a plexiglass partition on top of the shared benches.
No employees cleaning any of the tables off while we waited for our food. Very scary to see in these times we are in, Texas Roadhouse cleans immediately after guests get up. I did not see 1 person cleaning here tonight and waited 20 minutes for our food...
horrible customer service. Soup was cold and was told to “take it to the microwave” myself and warm it up. Both the manager and cashier told me the same. The soup also had something hard in it like a rock.
